My husband likes it's lite weight and compack. Batteries last him 4-5 hours on 3. Donny was very helpful and nice.

The sales rep was very customer service oriented and helped me in deciding what type of machine I needed. Also I was taking my concentrator on the plane and provided with the link to get clearance to bring the device on the plane. Now the unit I bought was light weight and powerful enough to meet my needs. I also was given a back pack for the machine and it worked out great. It gave me freedom of movement. Customer service was amazing! I had to get an oxygen concentrator for my mother in order for her to be released from the hospital. Cody helped me find the perfect one by describing the different models, via phone call, while I looked at them on the website. When the overnight delivery fell through, Codys’ wife drove the machine out to my house, on a Sunday, nearly an hour each way. She helped me unbox it and showed me how to operate it. I can’t thank them enough!
